You can directly register and manage subscription products, purchase products with maintenance services, and permanent products.

02. You can search for hidden assets you have purchased.

This function can be used when a new employee or a new person in charge has not received the permanent license purchase details, or when you purchased the license but want to check if anything is missing.

03. You can purchase products directly through SamQ Store.

All products registered in the promotion tab are available at a lower price than the regular price.
You can purchase individual products, and they are automatically linked and managed without having to register directly in the management process.
You can also use products that businesses can use for free.

04. You can also contact us through SamQ for problems with purchased software.

If there is a problem with a product purchased from a partner company, you can contact us directly through the user agent without any hassle.
You can check with the partner company's response agent about the problem you inquired about.
Company managers can check the details of department members’ disability reports and responses from partner companies.

05. Manage PC installation products and license expiration dates.

Administrators can check whether unlicensed products are installed on the user's PC and manage installed products by notifying them of deletion requests.
You can check the expiration date of your product license and send a renewal request inquiry to your partner.
If a promotion is in progress for the purchased product, the promotional content is activated, and you can repurchase by comparing the purchase amount and the increase/decrease rate.
