About NovoTrax PD

The NovoTrax “PD” mobile app can be used to send and receive dispatches and work assignments, monitor the location of deputies and other staff members, track the location of vehicles, and track the assets belonging to each vehicle. With the NovoTrax mobile app deputies, dispatches, and supervisors see the actual location of other deputies and also see what assets are on those vehicles.
The NovoTrax mobile app lets deputies and staff members communicate securely by sending and receiving text and email messages to each other and to pass pictures and other information back and forth as needed.
The NovoTrax mobile app also lets the user issue “eTickets” and other types of citations, scan registration and driver’s licenses, and automatically search local, state, and federal criminal records databases and track and follow up on warrants.
The NovoTrax mobile app can also be used to document and record digital evidence, such as; pictures, videos, audio recordings, paper records, files, notes, time, location, temperature, moisture levels, and air-quality content.
The NovoTrax PD mobile app can also be used to place or assign tangible items of evidence of any kind into any storage location or into any moving vehicle. The NovoTrax PD mobile app can also be used to assign tangible evidence to a living person giving them custody of the tangible evidence and proving “chain of custody” to that person. Once assigned, the tangible evidence may be tracked and found using the mobile app and the attached RFID scanner.
The NovoTrax mobile app can also be used to place and/or track inventory and/or asset items and to monitor and record those item’s location, temperature, moisture levels, and atmospheric air quality.
The NovoTrax mobile app can also be used to book inmates and take mugshots.
