WageLog: Shift & Pay Tracker

Track your work. Understand your pay.

WageLog helps you record shifts, organize working hours and estimate earnings across different jobs and pay schedules. Keep track of your work and compare estimated earnings with payments received.

FLEXIBLE PAY TRACKING

Set up hourly, daily, weekly or fixed monthly pay to match how you are paid.

Record:
• Shift start and end times
• Unpaid breaks
• Bonuses, tips and deductions
• Shift notes
• Different currencies

Amounts in different currencies stay separate. WageLog does not perform currency conversion.

PAY RATE HISTORY

Record pay changes with an effective date so a new rate does not automatically replace the rate used for earlier shifts.

PAYMENT TRACKING

Record payments against a pay period and compare the amount received with estimated earnings. See outstanding differences and whether a period is unpaid, partially paid or paid.

OVERTIME RULES

Configure supported overtime settings for each job:
• Daily and weekly overtime
• Double time
• Custom thresholds
• Custom pay multipliers

Overlapping overtime rules are handled without counting the same working time twice. Estimates depend on your selected pay basis and settings.

PAY PERIODS

Organize your work into:
• Weekly periods
• Biweekly periods
• Semimonthly periods
• Monthly periods

Review current and previous periods with breakdowns of hours and estimated earnings.

FASTER SHIFT ENTRY

Save reusable shift templates, copy existing shifts and add shifts to multiple dates.

Enter past shifts when needed and see when a record was originally created, separately from the date you worked.

CALENDAR AND HISTORY

View your work in a monthly calendar or browse detailed shift history.

Search, filter and sort records by job, date range, overtime and adjustments to find the shifts you need.

OPTIONAL REMINDERS

Set local reminders to record your shifts or check expected payments.

Reminders are optional and depend on notification permissions and your device's battery settings.

REPORTS AND BACKUPS

WageLog Pro includes:
• CSV exports for spreadsheets
• PDF work and earnings reports
• Backup creation

Save or share exported files using Android's file and sharing tools.

Restore a compatible WageLog backup inside the app. Restoring an existing backup does not require Pro.

LOCAL WORK RECORDS

Your jobs, shifts, pay settings and notes are stored locally on your device. No WageLog or NovaCoreLabs account is required, and your work history is not uploaded to NovaCoreLabs servers.

Core tracking works offline. Advertising and Google Play purchases use online services. The ad-supported version uses Google AdMob, which may process device and advertising-related information as described in the Privacy Policy.

LANGUAGES AND APPEARANCE

Available in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese.

Choose a light, dark or system theme and a 12-hour or 24-hour time format. The interface follows your device's text-size settings and includes screen-reader support. Your own job names and notes are not translated.

WAGELOG PRO

The free version includes core tracking for one job and displays ads.

WageLog Pro is an optional one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks:
• Unlimited jobs
• CSV exports
• PDF reports
• Backup creation
• Ad-free use

Pro does not require a subscription. Purchases are processed through Google Play.

IMPORTANT

WageLog provides estimated earnings based on the records and settings you enter. It is not a payroll service and does not determine taxes, legal entitlements or compliance with local employment rules.
