About NotifyC
NotifyC is a focused notice board for your department — built so faculty and staff can reach students instantly, without the noise of a group chat.
FOR FACULTY & STAFF
Post announcements with a PDF, image, audio clip, or video attached. Scan a paper document straight into a post with the built-in scanner. Every post shows how many students viewed and downloaded it, so you know your notice landed.
FOR STUDENTS
Join your department in seconds by scanning a QR code — no accounts to hunt down, no group links to lose. React and comment on notices, and get notified the moment something new is posted.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
- Notices expire automatically after 7 days, so the board never gets cluttered
- Separate spaces for undergraduate, postgraduate, and alumni groups
- Works offline — posts you've already opened stay searchable without a connection
- Share a document into NotifyC directly from WhatsApp, Files, or any app with a share sheet
- Push notifications for new posts, with in-app comment moderation for faculty
Built for real departments, not generic broadcast lists.
