ProofCam: Field Evidence

Turn field work into organized, readable evidence that is ready to share.

ProofCam keeps photos and videos from service, maintenance, construction, delivery, inspection, and team jobs in local project and customer folders. A ProofCam account is not required, and the core field workflow works without an internet connection.

PHOTO EVIDENCE
• Add the date and time to a photo.
• Record GPS coordinates and location accuracy when you grant permission.
• Add custom job, customer, or work-order text.
• Mark important details with arrows, circles, notes, and a freehand signature.
• Keep the original file unchanged while creating a separate sharing copy.

FIELD WORKFLOW
• Capture photos and videos, then organize the evidence by project and customer.
• Burn date-time, optional GPS, and custom text into a separate video sharing copy.
• Pair two photos as before and after.
• Build a branded PDF report from selected evidence with 1, 2, or 4 items per page.
• Use the Android share sheet to send a report to WhatsApp, email, or another app you choose.

FREE AND PRO
The free version adds ProofCam attribution to rendered sharing copies and PDF reports and may show limited ads. ProofCam Pro removes ads and ProofCam attribution. Monthly, yearly, and one-time Lifetime prices are loaded directly from Google Play. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Purchases can be restored in the app.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Projects, customer text, photos, videos, notes, and reports stay on your device by default. Location is optional; you can continue capturing without granting location access. A file leaves ProofCam only when you choose Share and select a destination app.
