About NNERB Staff

NNERB Staff is the companion app for coaches, instructors and administrators at swim schools, academies, clubs and training centres that run on the NNERB platform.

It puts what you actually do during a session — taking the register, checking who is in the water, recording progress and keeping families informed — on the phone in your pocket, instead of on a computer back in the office.

AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
This app is for staff of a business that already uses NNERB. Your employer creates your account and controls what you can see. If your organisation does not use NNERB yet, visit nnerb.com to get started.

TAKE ATTENDANCE IN SECONDS
Open today's session and mark each person present, absent, late, excused or cancelled with a single tap. Mark the whole class at once when everyone turns up, or add a note against an individual when something needs recording. A running count shows how many are still unmarked, so nobody is missed.

YOUR DAY, THE MOMENT YOU OPEN THE APP
Your next class, its time, its venue and who is enrolled are waiting on the home screen, with the rest of your week below it. If a class still needs its register taken, the app tells you.

THE WHOLE TEAM'S SCHEDULE
Owners and administrators can see every coach's day — how many sessions each is running and how many clients they have — and open any of them for the full session list, complete with the clients in each one.

RECORD PROGRESS AGAINST YOUR OWN FRAMEWORK
Work through the skills your organisation has defined and record where each learner has reached. Progress is kept as history, so you can look back over a term and see how someone has moved rather than just where they are today.

KEEP FAMILIES IN THE LOOP
Post announcements to a class, message parents directly, and run discussion boards for your programmes. Push notifications let you know when a parent replies or when something on your schedule changes.
