About Running Analyzer

Smart4Fit Gym requires a hand-held Android device and Wear OS smartwatch to work. Smartwatch collects the HR data and displays the relevant information during the training (current HR value, Calories burned and etc.). The mobile app manages everything else. There the user can create a personal profile, preferred exercises, training plans, and calendar of planned training sessions.

After the user creates all necessary assets, the training session can be started by selecting the desired calendar item. During the training, smartwatch notifies the user about any change of the training phase and offers real-time information about the training. Smart4Fit mobile app also displays relevant training information but also is used to control the workflow of the app.
