RailHygiene

Travel smarter with RailHygiene, the community-driven platform for viewing and sharing hygiene ratings for Indian Railways train coaches.
Ever wondered how clean your train coach will be? With RailHygiene, you can access anonymous, real-time feedback from fellow passengers to
get a clear picture of the cleanliness before you even board.

What this app is: A tool to collectively gather and share data on coach hygiene. Your anonymous rating contributes to a long-term "hygiene reputation" for every coach, helping all passengers know what to expect.

What this app is NOT: An official grievance portal for resolving individual, immediate cleaning issues.

Our power is in the data. While a single rating may not get a specific coach cleaned today, thousands of ratings can reveal patterns, highlight persistent problem areas, and provide valuable insights that can lead to systemic improvements.

Features:
• Check Hygiene Data: Enter a train number to see its historical hygiene ratings, submitted by a community of travelers.

• Contribute Your Data: After or during your trip, use your PNR to quickly and anonymously rate your coach's floor, toilet, dustbins and overall cleanliness. Every submission makes our data stronger.

• Travel Smarter: Use the collective data to get a clearer picture of the train's condition before you even board.

Our Mission:
RailHygiene is an independent app built by a rail enthusiast for the community. Unlike official grievance apps, our goal is not to handle individual complaints but to create a public "hygiene reputation" for every coach.
By making this data public, we aim to empower passengers to make more informed decisions and to encourage systemic
improvements in train maintenance.
