Nifty Gifty App

You know that moment when someone you love turns 40, and twelve people are texting each other trying to work out what to get them — and somehow you still end up with two of the same thing?

Nifty Gifty App was built for exactly that moment.
Everything a gift list needs. Nothing it doesn't.

How it works

Create an occasion — a birthday, Christmas, a baby shower, a farewell. Add your people. Build the gift list from what the recipient actually wants. Send each claimant a personalised link. They tap the gift they want to buy. The moment they do, everyone with access sees it. No duplication. All beautifully organised.

Unlimited occasions, all in one place

Create any occasion in seconds — birthdays, Christmas, baby showers, Secret Santa, weddings, farewells, and more
Each occasion has its own recipients, gift list, budget, and settings
Add contacts once — assign them to multiple occasions with different roles
Occasions archive automatically the day after — your list stays clean without any effort

Claimants — no duplicate gifts, ever

Send a personalised claim link to everyone buying for your recipient
Claimants tap "I'll buy this one!" — no app download required
The moment they claim it, everyone with access sees it — no duplication
Share by link, WhatsApp, or QR code in a greeting card or party invite

Group gifting and fundraising

Pool contributions toward one gift or cause — a Wishing Well, a group present, or a fundraising event
Everyone sees the running total and exactly what's still needed
Track commitments and payments for beautifully organised group gifting
Contributors access everything from their personalised link — no app required

Budget and progress tracking

Set a budget for every occasion and track your spend in real time
See your countdown, budget summary, gifts to buy, and overall progress at a glance
Smart notifications alert you to budget milestones, fundraising progress, and when claimants act

Save gift ideas for later

Spotted the perfect thing but the occasion is months away? Save it to your Ideas list
Add product images and URLs so you remember exactly what you had in mind
Assign saved ideas to occasions and recipients when you're ready
The app tracks whether you've bought it so you never wonder 'did I already get that?'

For recipients

Build your own wishlist — the things you'd genuinely love, at any price point
Share via link or QR code in a greeting card or party invitation
No more politely smiling at the wrong size, wrong colour, wrong everything

Built for the person who organises everything

You know who you are. The one who starts the office collection six weeks early. The one who remembers your sister's partner's birthday. The one who creates the Christmas spreadsheet that nobody else maintains.
You make every occasion feel special — while quietly doing all the work.
Nifty Gifty App was built to carry some of that for you. So you can spend less time coordinating, and more time celebrating.
