This app does not tell you what to inject, when, or how much, and it does not judge whether a reaction is serious. There is no built-in drug list — you type your own medicine name, so the app is not tied to any brand or company. Every number and word you see was typed in by you. Follow your prescriber's instructions, and contact your care team about any reaction that worries you.

This app is a manual notebook, not a medical device, and it is not affiliated with any pharmaceutical company. It does not recommend a drug, calculate a dose, or warn you about a reaction. It does not connect to any shot device or pharmacy. For any question about your treatment, talk to the clinician who prescribed it.
