The Business App enables sales representatives in the field to access all article data as well as information on availability and individual conditions via a mobile device. To do this, the Business App retrieves data from various sources and stores some of it on the device so that it can also be viewed offline – availability and individual conditions are excluded from this. Paper documents are therefore no longer necessary. This greatly increases the attractiveness of product presentations in sales talks and helps to convince trading partners. Any web-based CRM system can also be integrated, so that customer information is always available. If a customer decides to make a purchase, the order can be created directly in the business app and confirmed by the customer. The order is then transmitted from the business app to the ERP system. The business app can also be used offline – synchronisation takes place when an internet connection is available again.
