Q1. Purchased watch face not appearing on my watch?

Watch faces require manual selection. Follow these methods:

On your smartwatch: Press and hold your finger on the home screen for 2-3 seconds. When the screen shrinks, swipe left to find the newly downloaded watch face. Press the home button to apply.

In your watch app on your smartphone: Open your watch app (e.g., Galaxy Wear or WearOS by Google Smartwatch), navigate to the watch faces section, and select the purchased watch face.

Q2. Watch face not listed on watch or mobile app?

Your watch may not have downloaded the new watch face yet. Allow up to 5 minutes for Google to synchronize your purchase across devices. If not:

Ensure your watch is connected to Wi-Fi. For faster processing, temporarily disable Bluetooth and connect to Wi-Fi for 10 minutes.

If the watch face still doesn't appear, manually initiate the download by visiting this webpage ON YOUR COMPUTER: [https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Newer+Design+Watchfaces]. Ensure you're logged in with the purchasing account. Choose the desired watch face, click "Install on more devices" above the featured images, select your watch, and click "Install on this device." Your watch will start downloading shortly if you followed Step Q2-1.
