LOAN AMOUNTS, TERMS & COST
• Loan amounts: UGX 50,000 to UGX 20,000,000.
• Collateral: all loans are secured against acceptable collateral, assessed during your application.
• Repayment period: minimum 90 days, maximum 360 days.
• Interest: 20% per month, charged on the reducing (diminishing) balance.
• One-time processing fee: up to 5.5% of the loan amount.
• Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): up to approximately 292%. This includes interest plus the processing fee, annualised.

REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLE
For a loan of UGX 1,000,000 repaid over 90 days at 20% per month on the reducing balance:
• Principal: UGX 1,000,000
• Total interest over the term: UGX 424,176
• One-time processing fee (5.5%): UGX 55,000
• Total cost of the loan: UGX 479,176
• Total amount repayable: UGX 1,479,176

You can repay this in 3 monthly instalments of about UGX 493,059, or clear the balance in one payment.

Pay early and save: because interest is charged only on the balance that remains, settling early costs less. For example, if you clear this same loan in full after just 1 month, you pay the UGX 1,000,000 principal + UGX 200,000 interest (one month) + UGX 55,000 fee = UGX 1,255,000 in total, about UGX 224,000 less than paying over the full 90 days.
