★ HOW TO SAVE A STATUS

1. Open WhatsApp and view the statuses you like
2. Open Status Saver
3. Tap the download button — the status is saved to your gallery

Saved photos go to Pictures, saved videos go to Movies, and both appear in your normal gallery app straight away.

★ WHY PEOPLE USE A STATUS SAVER

Every status disappears after 24 hours. A status downloader lets you keep the ones that matter — a friend's photo, a song video, a quote, a recipe, a poster — and share or repost them whenever you want, even offline.

★ A STORY SAVER TOO

WhatsApp calls them statuses, everyone else calls them stories — they are the same 24-hour posts. Use Status Saver as your story saver and story downloader: save a story photo, download a story video, then repost it to your own status whenever you like.

★ WORKS WITH

• WhatsApp
• WhatsApp Business

Both photo status and video status are supported, in the resolution WhatsApp delivered them.

★ BUILT TO BE FAST

No waiting. Statuses load the moment you open the app, sorted newest first, so the status you just viewed is the first one you see. Pull down to refresh and the list updates instantly.

★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Everything happens on your device. Status Saver never asks for your phone number, never needs an account, and never uploads your files anywhere. Nobody is notified when you save a status — the person who posted it will not know. Only you can see what you keep.

★ QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

Will they know I saved their status?
No. Saving a status is completely private and sends no notification.

Do I need to log in?
No. There is no account, no phone number, and no sign-up. Open the app and save.

Does saving reduce the quality?
No. The original file is copied as-is — no re-encoding, no watermark.

Where do saved statuses go?
Photos to Pictures, videos to Movies. Both show up in your gallery app.

Can I save a status after 24 hours?
Only if it is still on your device. Save the ones you want while you can still see them in WhatsApp.

Can I repost without saving?
Yes. Tap Repost and it goes straight to WhatsApp — nothing is written to your gallery.
