CheckIn Pro calls your division's poses out loud, one by one, and fires the shutter when you say the word — so every weekly check-in is shot the same way, from the same spot. Then it shows you exactly how far you've come, as a side-by-side or a timelapse video of your entire prep.

SEE THE PROGRESS
- Side-by-side: pick any two check-ins, align them by pinch and drag, and export a clean comparison in 4:5, 1:1 or 5:4.
- Timelapse: line up to 12 check-ins, align each to the last, and export a branded video that fades from your first photo to your latest — the transformation post nobody else can make for you.
- Remove the background on-device and put yourself on a clean black, white or grey backdrop. Mark anything the cutout missed and it's cleaned up for you.
- Exports at social size (2048 px) or maximum (4096 px) so you can zoom in on your own conditioning.

TRACK EVERYTHING
- Log weight and measurements with trend charts.
- Manage multiple shows with a peak-week countdown (weeks-out, days-to-goal).
- Everything is organized in your Library and, if you choose, also saved to a "CheckIn Pro" album in your photos.

- No account, no server — your photos never leave your device unless you share them.
- Choose whether photos also go to your photo library, or live only inside the app.
