Nepternship

Let's be honest: getting your first internship often comes down to who you know.

Nepternship is democratizing nepotism by creating a dynamic exchange marketplace for professional connections. Access shouldn't be inherited, it should be tradeable. Students exchange connections they already have for the ones they actually need. No cold outreach. No asking for favors. Just fair trades. One match gets you access that would take months of LinkedIn cold emails.

THE CONCEPT:
Tell us what internship you're looking for and what connections you can offer. We match you with students who have what you want and want what you have. You bring access to one industry, they bring access to another. Or you have a connection at their dream company, they have one at yours. Access that would take months of cold emails happens in one match.

WHY NEPTERNSHIP IS DIFFERENT:
Unlike LinkedIn or other networking apps, Nepternship is built around mutual exchange. No awkward cold outreach. No one-sided favors. If you offer something valuable, you get something valuable back. It's that simple.

YOUR NETWORK IS WORTH MORE THAN YOU THINK:
Whether your mom works at a Fortune 500 company, your dad runs a small business, or you have connections from a previous internship, those relationships can unlock opportunities for fellow students, and their networks can do the same for you.

HOW NEPTERNSHIP WORKS:

Step 1: Tell us what you're looking for
Share your ideal internship goals, skills, and career interests

Step 2: Share what you can offer
Describe a connection or opportunity within your network and explain what makes it valuable

Step 3: Get matched
