Voyaij: Trip Itinerary Planner

Forward your booking emails and they land on one day-by-day trip itinerary that opens offline. No more digging through your inbox at the gate. Voyaij flags clashes, missing confirmations and missing travel between cities, and its AI helps with the rest: Plan with AI drafts your days, and Concierge suggests ideas for your free hours.

FORWARD YOUR BOOKINGS. GET ONE OFFLINE ITINERARY.
• Forward flight, hotel and car hire confirmations to [email protected]. Each booking lands on the right day, in the right city, with its booking reference.
• Forward booking emails free; a PDF uses an AI credit.
• Tours, cable cars, trains, restaurants, events and cruises import automatically on paid plans. On every plan you can add as many activities as you like by hand.
• Plans change? Forward the new email. New times update, and cancellations come off the trip.
• Your itinerary opens offline once it has loaded, on every plan, with times and booking references.
• Voyaij never connects to your inbox. It only sees what you forward.

CLASHES AND GAPS, FLAGGED FOR YOU
Every plan flags clashes and missing confirmations in your trip.
• Clashes: overlapping bookings, double-booked hotel nights, plans set for after you have left a city, and time-critical bookings less than 15 minutes apart.
• Missing confirmations: a hotel, flight or train in your itinerary with no confirmation behind it.
• Missing travel: a hotel in Cologne, then one in Copenhagen, but no flight or train between them? Voyaij spots the gap.
Flags show in the trip alerts panel, and a "Scheduling conflict" message in your Messages tab jumps to the right day.

PLAN WITH AI AND ASK CONCIERGE
• Plan with AI: pick your Traveller DNA (pace, interests, budget, comfort zone, what to avoid) and Plan with AI drafts a day-by-day itinerary around it (uses AI credits). Then edit anything: move days, add a city, a drive or a day trip.
• Concierge reads your schedule, your hotels and your bookings. It finds free days and gaps of 3 hours or more, and suggests things to do that fit your Traveller DNA (uses AI credits).
• AI day suggestions offer ideas for open days that you can add in one tap (paid plans or AI credit packs).

A TRIP ORGANIZER FOR TRAVEL DAYS
• Push reminders for your flights and hotels on every plan (turn on notifications). Paid plans let you choose the reminder timing.
• Live flight updates on paid plans: gate and terminal changes, delays, cancellations, arrival gate and baggage belt, written straight onto your flight card.
• Offline edits sync when you are back online. If a travel partner changed the same trip, Voyaij asks first.
• Sync trips to your phone's calendar, or download an .ics file.
• One tap opens directions in Google Maps or Waze for bookings with a saved location.

WHILE YOU TRAVEL
• Radar: nearby sights, restaurants, cafes, markets and more, up to 15 km from your trip city, ranked for your Traveller DNA. Free on every plan.
• Nearby travellers (paid, opt-in): see other Voyaij travellers in the same area and send a nudge.
• Weather for your stay and AI packing lists (paid plans). Manual packing lists on every plan.

SHARE THE PLAN
• Invite travel partners by email as viewers, companions or editors (by plan).
• Share a read-only trip link. Anyone can open it without an account, and booking references are masked.
• Export a branded PDF itinerary, free on every plan.
