MyElth keeps every prescription, lab report and scan in a single app, so you never walk into a doctor's clinic empty-handed again.

- See your trends — your sugar, haemoglobin, blood pressure and other values tracked over time, so you can see what's changing.
- Understand your reports — ask about any value in your records and get a clear, simple explanation. MyElth explains your reports; your doctor diagnoses.
- Keep your medicines together — every prescription, dosage and medication
history in one list, with a drug interaction check.
- Share securely — show a QR code to share your records with a doctor. Access is time-limited, and you can revoke it any time.
- Connect your ABHA — link your Ayushman Bharat Health Account.
- Find and book doctors — search doctors and book appointments at connected clinics.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY:
Your records are encrypted. Sharing happens only with your consent, and every access is logged so you can see who viewed what. Aligned with India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
