About myDonor EAC
myDonor Event Access Control (EAC) is the professional application for event staff dedicated to managing event access.
Designed to ensure seamless and uninterrupted operations, the app allows guests to check in quickly and securely by scanning QR codes on admission tickets.
KEY FEATURES:
• Quick Scan: Integrated and responsive QR code reader, optimized to quickly eliminate queues at the entrance.
• Offline-First Mode: No connection? No problem. The app downloads the guest list locally and allows you to continue scanning tickets even in the absence of Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• Automatic Synchronization: As soon as the device is back online, all offline check-ins are encrypted and securely synchronized in the background with the central myDonor servers.
• Group Management: Instantly see if a ticket is part of a group or multiple donation, checking the entry status of all accompanying guests.
• Security and Privacy: Access is restricted to authorized operators only. Data is processed locally and destroyed at the end of the session to ensure full compliance with privacy regulations.
Note: This application is a work tool. To use it, you must have a valid operator account provided by your organization that uses the myDonor® software ecosystem.
