Murphy: Recherche d’Emploi

Murphy is completely rethinking the recruitment experience to make it more human, inclusive, and efficient… even to the point of being able to leave.

HOW IT WORKS:

We use an inclusive matching algorithm to connect talent with committed companies, taking into account skills, experience, values, and personality, including for people with visible or invisible disabilities.

The traditional CV is disappearing, replaced by a unique profile centered on YOU. It highlights your personality, your background, your values, and your skills.

An all-in-one platform that simplifies every step of the recruitment process:
instant messaging
integrated video conferencing
project and skills portfolio
simplified application tracking

A dedicated space for inclusion and disability, allowing everyone to choose what they want to share and connect with truly committed companies.

The app is free for talent. Members wishing to send an unlimited number of likes or get the superlike can opt for Murphyboost. For recruiters, the application is offered as a subscription. Members can subscribe to a plan to access features dedicated to managing and recruiting profiles.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Payment is made upon subscription. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the expiry date.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time directly from the account settings after purchase.
