Diplomas is a mobile application that allows you to check the validity of state diplomas in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The solution to fight against fraud and falsification of diplomas.

It serves as a digital platform where employers, educational institutions and government institutions can verify the authenticity of diplomas.

NB: Diplomas is an application developed by the Maison Terrestre des Recherches Intelligentes Congolaise (MTRICO), which does not represent a government entity nor is it affiliated with the government. This tool, created by MTRICO, can be used under a payable license for a professional account or free of charge for a personal account. Diplomas uses data available free of charge to the general public, such as the Palmares Exetat, accessible on the site: https://minepst.gouv.cd/palmares-exetat.

I.2 Personal Diplomas
Personal use case:
The operation of the application is simple and intuitive.
The user simply enters the full name of the person whose degree they want to verify.
The application then searches the person's name in the database and checks if they are a graduate. If the person is a graduate, the application displays the corresponding information.

I.3 Professional Diplomas
Business use cases:
1. An employer can use the application to verify the qualifications of a job candidate.
2. A university can use the application to verify the qualifications of students who wish to enroll.
3. A government institution can use the application to verify the educational qualifications of people who want to apply for a job or promotion.

I.4 Diplomas Journal
A certificate or a success log is an official document which certifies that a person has successfully completed training or an exam.
1. Access the graduate verification interface on the Diplomas app:
Open the Diplomas app on your device. Select the “Log” option. Once the status log is found, a “Download” button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click on the “Download” button to obtain your certificate of achievement in PDF format.
