Mshr Grill Manager

Mshr Grill Manager is an on-device record for grill and catering workflows.

Create kitchen orders with a table or customer label, service selection, quantity, requested time, instructions, and status. Search or filter orders and move a ticket through its local preparation stages. Quote forms total entered service, ingredient, labor, and fee amounts, while saved menu services can be reviewed when preparing an order or quote.

The yield calculator uses purchase weight, cost, trim loss, cooking shrink, serving size, and target food-cost percentage to estimate cooked yield, servings, cost per serving, and a suggested price. Calculations can be saved to local history.

The first launch includes example menus, orders, quotes, calculations, team roles, and activity records. Values on the dashboard come from this local data and user-entered records; they are not live sales or kitchen feeds. The app has no account, cloud sync, or network service.
