MomentCatch: Replay Camera

Missed the moment? Tap Save Moment after it happens and keep the seconds before your tap.

MomentCatch is a replay camera for everyday life, like instant replay for your phone camera. Start Watching, point your phone at the action and enjoy it with your own eyes. When something worth keeping happens, tap Save Moment. MomentCatch keeps the seconds leading up to your tap, records a few seconds after, and saves the clip to your phone gallery.

No more filming everything just in case. No more scrubbing through long videos to find the one good part.

How it works
1. Tap Start Watching. MomentCatch holds a short, temporary pre-record buffer while the app is open.
2. When something great happens, tap Save Moment.
3. Your clip is saved with the seconds before and after your tap. Keep watching for the next one.

Made for moments you can't predict
• Kids and family: first steps, first words, a sudden belly laugh, blowing out the candles.
• Pets: the zoomies, the trick they only do once, the surprise jump onto the couch.
• Sports: the goal, the catch, the finish line, the landed trick from the sideline.
• Celebrations: the toast, the first dance, the gift reveal, the big surprise.

You choose how much to keep
• Set how many seconds to save before and after your tap
• Quick Moment preset: 30 seconds before, 10 seconds after
• Family Event preset: 60 seconds before, 15 seconds after
• Sports Moment preset: 2 minutes before, 20 seconds after
• Front or rear camera, 1080p video
• Microphone audio is optional, so turn it on only when you want sound
• Save more than one moment per session: keep watching after each save
• Find your saved moments in the Clips tab and your phone gallery

Private by design
• No account or sign-up
• No ads
• No analytics
• No cloud uploads. Saved clips stay on your phone.
• Unsaved footage stays temporary and private to the app, and you can clear old temporary files any time in Settings

Good to know
MomentCatch watches only while the app is open and on screen, so you always know when it's capturing. It doesn't record in the background or with the screen off, and it can only save moments from after you tap Start Watching. For the best results, start watching a little before you expect something to happen and keep your phone pointed at the action. Like any camera app, longer sessions use more battery.
