Having worked in healthcare for several years and following our experience running other agencies in the area we believe that staff are massively important to the success or a healthcare agency. We aim to work with our staff to provide shift patterns that suit the individual. We wish to use the best suited staff to the appropriate area of care, whether that's dementia, residential, home care or learning disabilities, as well as a consistent team to build knowledge about and trust with the service and service users. Happy workers will provide better care and support to the service users and the service providers will be happier with their work too.

What do we ask of you as a worker?
Be reliable, communicate with us when there is a problem with a shift and you're unable to make it. Give us as much notice as possible. Don't let us down last minute.
What do we promise in return?
We will try wherever possible to book you on your available days, we will try to give you plenty of notice in advance rather than calls on the day. We will back you up where possible if there is a problem at work. We will care about you as an individual with requirements and preferences rather than just another worker on the list.
