Your phone locks at the time you choose each day. Walk 10 min + 1,000 steps to unlock.

Focus On Walk is a daily walk you promise yourself. Instead of another hour of scrolling, you get up and head out the door.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a daily walk time (7:00 PM by default, every day)
2. At that time, your phone locks
3. Walk 10 min + 1,000 steps to unlock

WALK TO UNLOCK
- Keep your phone in your pocket. No need to look at the screen
- Short pauses are fine: start again within a minute and your walk continues
- Walking and running both count
- Movement that isn't walking, like slowly shaking the phone, doesn't count
- The lock screen and notification show your walking time and steps as you go

A LOCK THAT ALWAYS ENDS
- Can't walk today? Every lock ends on its own 6 hours after it starts, with no payment
- The automatic unlock time is always shown on the lock screen and in the notification
- If you really need your phone right now, an optional one-time purchase unlocks it immediately (price shown in the app)
- Calls, messages, camera, clock and emergency alerts stay available while locked

TRACK THE DAYS YOU WALK
- Build a streak of days you unlocked by walking
- See this month's walks, your walk success rate and the last 7 days
- A monthly calendar shows each day's result: walked, paid, or automatic unlock

FITS YOUR WEEK
- Set a different time for each weekday, or take days off
- Get a heads-up 5 minutes before a lock starts (you can turn it off)

NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO ACCOUNT
- No subscription and no sign-up
- Your walk records and settings stay on your device
- Does not use Android's Accessibility permission

- Usage access: to see which app is open and block it while locked
- Display over other apps: to show the lock screen
- Alarms & reminders: to lock at exactly your chosen time
- Physical activity: to count your steps
- Notifications: for lock reminders and walk progress

GOOD TO KNOW
- While walking, watch where you're going, not your screen
- The app shows interstitial ads
- On devices without a step sensor, walking can't unlock the phone; locks end after 6 hours or with the optional purchase
- Requires Android 10 or later
