Talk to Mitr
Say what is on your mind, in your own words. Mitr listens, asks a real question back, and offers a verse when one fits. It speaks as a friend, not as an authority. It remembers what you have shared, so you do not have to start over each time.

Speak, and listen
You do not have to type. Talk to Mitr out loud, and hear the reply back in voice. Mitr can read verses aloud as well.

Start the morning
A short check-in across five parts of life: Mind, Body, Heart, Soul, and Rest. It takes about two minutes. Your answers shape the verse you see and the practice Mitr suggests.

Find the right verse
Ask in plain language — "something about a parent I keep losing patience with" — and Mitr searches its own checked collection. Every verse carries an exact citation: book, chapter, and verse number. Mitr does not invent verses.

Steady yourself
Short practices for hard moments: breathing, conscious rest, and a simple body practice. Each takes a few minutes. They come from the tradition, and from modern research on breathing and rest.

Sit with others
On the Intention Wall, people share what they are carrying — a worry, a grief, a hope. You can sit quietly with someone else's intention. Posts are anonymous unless you choose to show your name.

Find people near you
Search for temples, satsangs, meditation centers, and gatherings close to where you live.

Keep a private record
Your reflections, saved verses, and past conversations stay in one place, for you alone.

Mitr is an AI companion. It is not a therapist, not a doctor, and not a diagnosis tool. It cannot handle an emergency. It is never a substitute for professional care, or for the people in your life.
