Mindful Notifier helps you stay present throughout your day with gentle, customizable mindfulness reminders.

At intervals you choose, you'll receive notifications with mindfulness prompts to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. Each reminder is randomly selected from your personal collection of prompts, keeping your practice fresh and varied.

KEY FEATURES:
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose periodic reminders (every 15 minutes to several hours) or random intervals within a time range you set
• Fully Customizable Reminders: Add, edit, or remove mindfulness prompts to match your practice (defaults are provided)
• 5 Notification Sounds: Select from five bell tones to accompany your reminders, or use the system default
• Organize with Tags: Categorize reminders by theme (breathing, gratitude, awareness, etc.) and filter by tag
• Enable/Disable Individually: Turn specific reminders on or off without deleting them
• Backup & Restore: Keep your reminder collection safe and transfer it between devices
