Smart POS: Billing & Khata

Smart POS is a point-of-sale, stock and khata app for small shops. It runs on your phone, works without internet, and keeps your shop's records on your device.

RING UP A SALE IN THREE TAPS
• Tap products or scan barcodes with the camera, then Complete sale
• Cash, card, wallet or udhaar (credit) — take part payment and the rest goes to the customer's khata
• One-off items for things not in your list
• Hold a sale, keep several carts open, edit or return a sale later
• Receipts on WhatsApp, as a PDF, or on a 58/80 mm Bluetooth printer

STOCK THAT STAYS RIGHT
• Stock goes down with every sale and up with every purchase
• Low-stock alerts and a reorder list for your supplier
• Batches with expiry dates, recipes and production (bakery, restaurant)
• Photo-to-product: take a picture of a product or price tag to fill the form
• Barcode labels and price tags as a PDF

UDHAAR / KHATA
• Every customer's balance, how old it is, and who is past their terms
• Send a polite reminder on WhatsApp in one tap
• Bring your old paper khata in by photographing the register page

REPORTS YOU CAN READ
• Today's takings, profit and sales on the home screen
• Profit after expenses, salaries and stock losses
• Daily closing report, sales by staff, slow movers, profit per product
• Send today's summary on WhatsApp

MORE THAN ONE PHONE (OPTIONAL)
• Add a cashier's phone: sales and stock stay in step automatically
• Staff roles and permissions: cashier, manager, rider
• Your shop online: a shop page and catalogue customers can order from, chat with customers, home delivery with rider tracking
• Services: list yourself as an electrician, plumber, driver, tutor or labourer, or find one near you by trade and area
• The latest SmartPOS Hub post on your home screen, with replies
• Online features are unlocked with free credits earned from ads, or with Pro

MADE FOR YOUR KIND OF SHOP

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Indonesian, including right-to-left layouts. Receipts can print in a different language from the app.

YOUR DATA
Core selling, stock and khata work fully offline with no account. Back up to a file or Google Drive and restore any time. Protect the app with a PIN or your screen lock.

Smart POS is free with ads. Smart POS Pro (monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play) removes ads and unlocks the Pro tools shown in the app.

Smart POS is a record-keeping tool for your shop. It does not offer loans, credit or interest of any kind.
