BIF is a mindful productivity app that helps users build healthier digital habits by introducing a pause before launching distracting or addictive apps.

When a user attempts to open selected apps, BIF gently interrupts the flow and prompts a moment of reflection — asking the user whether they really want to proceed, or if they'd rather take a moment to breathe and reset. This small delay encourages conscious digital behavior, supporting users in breaking compulsive usage cycles.

Accessibility Disclosure:
BIF uses the Android AccessibilityService API to detect when selected apps are being opened. This enables BIF to display a reflection prompt before access.

- BIF does not collect or share personal or sensitive user data through the AccessibilityService.
- BIF does not modify system settings or interfere with the normal functioning of the device.

This functionality is central to the app and is used solely to support users with mindful app usage.
