Virtual staging has disclosure rules, and breaking them is the agent's problem, not the app's. CurbShot builds them in:

• A "Virtually Staged" disclosure is baked into the exported image itself — not an overlay you can forget to add.
• Every original photo is archived automatically and never modified, so you can always show the property as it is.

WHAT IT REFUSES TO DO
