Build calm session blends with a simple local planner.
Use the Session tab to choose a mood, adjust hue, glow, pulse, and duration, then start a timed session. You can stop early at any time and keep your current setup ready for another round.
Save your preferred combinations as presets so they are easy to load later. The library lets you edit preset names and values, mark favorites, and delete items you no longer need.
The app also keeps a local history of finished or started sessions, giving you a quick view of your recent routines on this device.
In Settings, you can reduce motion, tighten card spacing, and control whether completed sessions are archived. Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and About all open local in-app dialogs with no web view.
All data stays on the device through shared preferences. The app is designed for offline use and does not require an account for its core features.
