BioPass

BioPass is a companion authentication app for BioPass Community, a self-hosted MFA and OAuth platform.

Use BioPass to securely review and approve sign-in requests from connected applications and services. Authentication requests can be confirmed using biometrics supported by your device.

Key features:

• Review and approve or deny sign-in requests
• Confirm authentication using device biometrics
• Receive authentication requests through notifications when enabled
• Verify your account using email
• Register your mobile device for secure authentication
• Connect to a self-hosted BioPass Community deployment

How it works:

A website or service integrates with a BioPass Community server.
Sign in to BioPass and register your device.
When a connected service requests authentication, BioPass receives the request.
Review the authentication request and approve or deny it.
Once approved, the connected service completes the sign-in process.

BioPass is designed as a companion app for services using BioPass Community. A compatible BioPass Community server is required to use authentication features.

BioPass Community is an open-source, self-hosted authentication platform.
