About CASCADE Lab by MetricWire

CASCADE Lab by MetricWire has been created for use in research studies conducted by the CASCADE Lab at Penn State.

As part of your participation, you’ll be asked to complete surveys about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The app may also collect sensor data—such as activity levels, environmental context, and smartphone usage patterns—to help researchers better understand your experiences. Your app experience is tailored by the study team through the MetricWire Research Portal.

All data you submit is securely protected by MetricWire and managed by the CASCADE Lab study team. You remain in full control of your data—you can review what you’ve shared, choose to leave the study at any time, or delete your data if you wish.
