TrackMail

TrackMail is a native Android communication client designed for self-hosted mail infrastructure. It works with mailcow-based mail servers and the TrackMail Webmail platform; it connects to your server and brings your mail, calendar, contacts and files together in one app.

COMPATIBILITY
TrackMail does not provide a mail account; it connects to an existing TrackMail Webmail server (deployed alongside mailcow) or a standard IMAP account. If you would like a mailcow + TrackMail Webmail infrastructure set up for your organization, contact us via our support page.

MODULES
Modules supported by your server are enabled automatically:
• Mail (IMAP): Search, folder tree and subfolders, multi-select and whole-folder bulk actions, snooze, scheduled send, labels, signatures, send-as identities, attachments, quota and a rich-text editor.
• Mail rules: Filters, vacation auto-reply and forwarding.
• Calendar (CalDAV)
• Contacts (CardDAV) — with photo avatars
• Files and Notes (Nextcloud)
• Chat (Nextcloud Talk)
On an IMAP-only server, only the Mail module is shown.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Add up to 5 accounts and switch between them with one tap.

EASY SETUP
Enter your email address; TrackMail discovers the server from your domain. You can also enter the address manually under "Advanced: server".

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Change your mailbox password from inside the app; edit your profile photo and sender name.

SECURITY FIRST
• HTTPS-only connections with certificate pinning.
• Email HTML is rendered in a sandboxed view with JavaScript disabled; links open in the system browser.
• Optional biometric lock (fingerprint / face unlock).
• Two-factor authentication (TOTP) support.
• No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.

NOTIFICATIONS AND SHARING
Push notifications for new mail and server announcements. Attach files and text straight into a new email from Android's share menu.
