Meet Morris: Meetup Circles

Share the activities you love, more often.

Meet Morris is a minimalist meetup planning app, designed to be calming and informal. Start a circle, share one link, and pick a time. Everyone sees who is coming, without a group chat that never ends.

If you find that rallying a group of people over texts is tough, then meet Morris. He’s a rock in Indiana’s White River, and through his timeless wisdom, he’s ready to guide you to an easier way.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Start a circle and give it a name.
2. Share the circle’s link with your people.
3. Schedule or poll for a time to meet. Anyone in the circle can do it.
4. See who’s in, and meet up! No pressure, no guilt, there’s always next time.

WHAT YOU GET

• Circles for the groups you actually meet up with
• One link or QR code to invite people, with no account hunting
• Schedule a time directly, or poll a few options and let the circle choose
• Clear RSVPs, so you know who is coming before you go
• Reminders before a meetup, and an optional calendar feed if you want it on your own calendar
• A message thread on each meetup that closes once the meetup is over
• Real places for locations, so everyone ends up at the same map pin
• Optional minimum and maximum numbers, for the plans that need them

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

There are plenty of encrappified event planning apps out there, but this will never be one of them. The only notifications you’ll get are from circles you belong to. No marketing, no email, no ads, and no data sharing.

Free to use while operating costs remain minimal.
