MOLICARD

Molicard is an app for residents of the La Molina district who are up-to-date on their property tax and excise payments. Through this platform, users can access exclusive benefits and discounts at various affiliated establishments, including restaurants, health, beauty, and fashion services, and other commercial businesses in the district.

If you are the owner, spouse*, or registered as an heir to a property located in the district and keep your payments up to date, you can immediately access these benefits. Simply present your ID and the QR code generated by the app.

This initiative seeks to recognize and reward punctuality in complying with municipal tax obligations, while encouraging the active participation of local businesses.

*Applies to spouses if the property is registered as a community property.
