BAMS Mobile

BAMS Mobile is an internal workforce application developed by MCSnet for use by authorized staff, contractors, and field agents.

The app is designed to support daily operational tasks for office and field teams, providing secure access to work-related information and tools required to perform assigned duties.

Key capabilities may include:

Viewing and managing work orders

Capturing and uploading photos related to field work

Accessing job details and service information

Location awareness only when user is clocked in

BAMS Mobile is intended only for approved users associated with MCSnet and is not designed for general public use. Access requires valid credentials provided by MCSnet.

The app may collect limited data such as photos, location data during active work orders, and diagnostic information solely for operational, security, and troubleshooting purposes, in accordance with MCSnet’s privacy policy.

If you are not an authorized user, this application will not be useful to you.

Warning: The BAMS mobile app retries to connect to the server constantly when you upload information (like comments and photos). There is also the potential for bugs or other issues to result in retries. For this reason, we strongly recommend that before you install the BAMS mobile app, that you configure the mobile data limit feature on your phone to protect you from unexpected data charges.
