MCG HARYANA

The Sanitary Monitoring System (SMS) is an official digital platform of the Municipal Corporation Gurugram (MCG) for real-time monitoring of sanitation activities and field staff. The system ensures transparency in garbage collection from Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVP) to Secondary Collection Points (SCP), tracks Assistant Sanitary Inspectors (ASIs) in real time, and supports effective grievance management.
The app helps MCG improve cleanliness, accountability, and efficiency in urban sanitation services
