The Student Support Desk is a centralized help system designed to assist students efficiently. Students can create support tickets for their issues and assign priorities to ensure urgent matters are handled first. The platform also provides real-time two-way communication, similar to WhatsApp, allowing students and support staff to chat directly within the system. Additionally, students receive system notifications for ticket updates, responses, and important announcements, ensuring clear, fast, and organized communication throughout the support process.
