Employee Self Services (ESS) is a mobile-based application that allows employees to access and manage their personal information, employment-related tasks, and company resources without needing to contact the HR department or rely on administrative staff. ESS empowers employees by giving them more control over their employment-related activities.
Employees can mark their own attendance and view and manage their leave application, regularize missed punch attendance, and view their Pay Slip, Appointment letter, and Offer Letter provided by the company. The ESS application also has a provision to view tax deductions.
