Matos Connect

Matos Connect is a web business tool in SaaS mode accessible to rental companies (rentals of trucks and construction equipment with drivers) and to their clients, construction companies. Easily accessible by subscription depending on the number of accesses and drivers, Matos Connect is the web platform which allows lessors to manage the operation, commercial and financial management of their activity, and Public Works companies to manage their rentals with drivers.

For tenants, Matos Connect allows you to optimize your human and equipment fleet through simplified planning. From ordering to invoicing, everything is traced without any interruption of information. All you have to do is simply assign your machines and drivers and notify them of their missions. The documents linked to the machine and the driver are then directly synchronized and shared with your client who can ensure that they have service providers in good standing on their site. Events are immediately shared (bad weather, breakdowns, accidents) and at the end of the mission, the rental voucher and attached documents (quarry vouchers, asphalt, materials, drums, etc.) are sent to you. You can then invoice your customer by sharing the rental voucher. You then gain in invoicing time, payment time and therefore cash flow! Finally, the creation of a user community allows you to expand your commercial horizons and find new customers thanks to Matos Connect.

For construction companies, Matos Connect frees you from rental reservation procedures that are often too long (multiple calls, deposit of deposits, verification of mandatory documents). The platform offers you access to all administrative and commercial elements and this saves you time on often tedious processes. Finally, the creation of a user community allows you to speed up and optimize your equipment searches thanks to a geographic search on Matos Réseau.
