About Omnia
Omnia is a teacher's notebook for phones and tablets: student tracking, an attendance register, homework, a gradebook, fees and the weekly timetable in one place. It works offline.
Built for private tutors and teachers who run lessons and groups, at home or in a tutoring center, as a replacement for the paper notebook and spreadsheets.
Record a session in a minute
• Mark each student present or absent with one tap, and "All present" for the rest.
• Homework: done or not done.
• Quiz and exam marks on the same screen.
• What was taught today, and the plan for the next session.
• Everything is saved automatically as it is entered.
Track every student
• Absences and missing homework are counted, with an alert from the number set in settings.
• Percentage, rank and grade band for quizzes, unit exams and monthly exams.
• A full attendance and marks history for each student.
• Quick search by name or by the parent's phone number.
A student card for parents
• Attendance, homework and grades in one image, ready to send on WhatsApp.
• The card shows no amounts and no phone numbers.
• Call or message the parent with one tap.
Fees
• Fees are counted per 8 sessions.
• Who has paid, who is late and who is exempt, with the amount and the date.
• The total collected each month for each group.
Timetable and groups
• The fixed weekly slots of each group, with a different time for the next session when needed.
• The home screen shows today's sessions, upcoming sessions, absence and homework alerts, overdue fees and top students.
• A student can belong to more than one group.
• Makeup sessions in another group.
Your data stays on your device
• Everything recorded is kept on the device, with no account and no sign-in.
• A backup file that can be stored anywhere and restored when needed.
More
• Arabic and English interface.
• Light and dark themes.
• Designed for phones and tablets, in portrait and landscape.
• A care section: prayer times (Cairo), the Hijri date and a few daily habits.
