About e-mall

The emall application is the first electronic mall in Syria that allows you to shop directly from the product, containing many sections and items (clothes, shoes, electronics, mobile phones, home equipment, restaurant and hotel equipment)
The user can use the e-mall store application after creating an account by entering his personal data (name - mobile number - password - governorate). Then he receives a confirmation message to the mobile number that includes a secret number, which he then enters to confirm the account and then he can use the application as a user.
Various products from several categories and items are displayed within the application, whether exclusively from the producer or the importer, in addition to mentioning all product specifications and prices as determined by the customer, which allows the user to choose what he wants, add it to his shopping cart, and then complete the shopping process via the “Execute Purchase” button.
The user can log out of his account at any time.
comments:
1- The user has the right to inspect the products upon receipt for a period not exceeding 10 minutes. In the event of a defect or violation of the specifications, the user can not receive the product without incurring any additional costs and receive a full refund of the invoice value.
2- After the customer presses the purchase execution button, he will be contacted by the e-mall company, and in the event of no response after a period of 24 hours, the e-mall company has the right to cancel the execution of the invoice.
3- The e-mall company is committed to delivering the requested products within a maximum period of 72 hours from the time the order is accepted.

Return or exchange:
The user has the right not to receive the product if the product violates the specifications mentioned within the e-mall application. The company also undertakes the return or exchange if any technical or technical problem appears in the product within three days from the date of receiving the product. He is not entitled to replace the product in the event of misuse.
