How it works
1. Submit your request directly from the Luqross Warranties app.
2. Fill out the required information on the warranty form.
3. Attach complete photographs of the damaged or used battery: front, back, top, both sides, and a photo of the QR code.
4. Add the purchase receipt (or two receipts in the case of a recharge).
5. Include the service sheet or work order for the damaged or used battery.
o If the battery was sold over the counter, attach the corresponding invoice.
o All documents must include vehicle information.
