LSS Comunidad

LSS Comunidad connects residents of a residential complex with their homeowners association management, all from your phone and without paperwork.

If you live in a homeowners association that uses LSS Comunidad, the management will invite you to create your account. From there you can:

AUTHORIZE VISITORS
Announce who you're expecting before they arrive. The security guard sees them instantly, and entry is direct, without calls or paper lists.

INTERCOM ON YOUR PHONE
Answer the intercom from anywhere, even if you're not home. The call comes through like any other, even if your phone is locked.

YOUR ACCOUNT UP-TO-DATE
Check your administration fee, your account statement, and your balance. Register your payment receipt for the management to validate it.

RESERVE COMMON AREAS
Social room, BBQ area, sports court, or pool: see real-time availability, reserve your time slot, and register your guests.

CORRESPONDENCE
Get notified when a package or letter arrives addressed to you, and know exactly when and to whom it was delivered.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
Report damage, attach a photo, and track the response, with deadlines and without anything getting lost in a chat.

MEETINGS
View the meeting notice, agenda, and documents. Register your attendance and vote from your phone.

YOUR HOME
Register who lives with you, your vehicles, and your pets, and keep your emergency contact updated.

FOR SECURITY STAFF
Authorized security personnel have their own view: validate visitor access, scan QR codes, call apartments, and register incoming mail.

IMPORTANT: This application is for residents and security staff of co-owned properties that have already contracted LSS Comunidad. Self-registration is not possible: your management must invite you, as the app grants access to your household information and access authorization.
