Designed and delivered by Sierra Leone’s Directorate of Science, Technology, and Innovation (DSTI), in collaboration with UNICEF Sierra Leone, the Human Capital Development Learning Passport is a digital learning platform that uniquely identifies relevant areas for cross-sectoral skills development that set out to supercharge human capital development and promote socio-economic equality in Sierra Leone.

The platform provides local, contextualized content and a library of global content in a wide variety of subjects. Designed for easy use for Sierra Leoneans of all ages, the content is available both online or offline.
