Loco Cat is a game for cats: an interactive cat toy that turns your phone or tablet into prey.

Tap PLAY and something starts moving on the screen — a darting laser dot, a buzzing fly, a scurrying mouse, a fluttering bird, a koi gliding under the water. Your cat watches, crouches and pounces. Every prey has its own sound.

MADE FOR REAL CATS
- Prey size and speed: small and slow for a kitten or a shy cat, big and fast for a serious hunter
- Scenes can switch on every touch, or rotate by themselves every two minutes
- A volume slider for the app's own sounds — your phone's volume stays as it is
- The cat-proof screen lock blocks the home button, the app switcher and the notification bar while your cat plays. You unlock it with a paw gesture; your cat cannot.

PLAY ON UP TO FOUR DEVICES
Put a phone and a tablet on the floor and link them over the same Wi-Fi. The prey jumps from one screen to the next, and your cat has to work out where it went. No server and no internet needed — the devices talk to each other on your own network.

FREE TO PLAY
One full-screen ad appears at the end of the first game after you open the app — never during play, so your cat never faces an ad. One optional purchase removes ads for good.

WHAT LEAVES YOUR DEVICE — AND WHAT DOESN'T
Loco Cat has no account, no sign-up, no profile and no play history, and never asks for your camera, microphone or location. Your settings stay on your device, and multi-device play runs directly between your own devices on your own Wi-Fi — there is no Loco Cat server.

Advertising is the one exception, and it is why the Data safety section of this listing is not empty. The ad comes from Google, and to choose one and count it Google collects and shares your advertising ID (the one you can reset in Android settings), a rough location worked out from your internet address, whether the ad was shown and tapped, and technical information about how the app is running. In the EU and the UK you are asked for your consent before any ad is loaded.

Remove ads with the one-time purchase and none of that happens. The advertising part of the app never starts: nothing is collected, nothing is shared, and there is nothing to consent to.

BEFORE YOU START
Cats play with their claws out, so a screen protector is a sensible idea. Keep sessions short and finish with a real toy or a treat, so your cat catches something in the end.
