LocalEye: Compare & Rate Homes

**As featured by PropTech News

LocalEye is the home buyer’s secret weapon. It allows you to score the features of a property that you value most while inspecting it in as little as 30 seconds, and compare this to other properties you have reviewed. Why? Because your million-dollar property decision should rely on more than a gut feeling.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned investor, join the ranks of LocalEyes who are scoring properties and making smarter, data-driven decisions.

KEY FEATURES FOR LOCALEYES:
*The Scoring Logic: Don't just look at a house—score it. Use our custom framework to evaluate properties on a level playing field, from structural integrity to neighbourhood "vibe."
*Your Private Property Vault: Every home you score is saved to your personal dashboard.
*Side-by-Side Reality Check: Compare up to 4 properties side-by-side and let your data reveal the "hidden gems."
*The "Reality Check" Photo Tool: Don’t let polished listings fool you. Take raw, real-world photos directly in the app to document the true condition of a property. Compare your "LocalEye" views against agent photos later to stay grounded during your search.
*Real-World Scouting: LocalEye is built for home buyers on the go. It can take as little as 30 seconds to score a property while you're at an open home, with automatic map pin creation and summaries to help you keep your search organized.
*Field Notes & Insights: Go beyond the numbers. Record your gut feelings, neighborhood observations, and the "unseen" details in your private property journal. Every note is saved to your property report for easy review, and is 100% private to you.
*Pro PDF Summaries: Generate instant, shareable property reports at the tap of a button. Export your scores, photos, and notes into a clean PDF to share with partners, family, or professional advisors to get everyone on the same page.
*Property Rank & Progression: Track your journey from a first-time browser to an Elite LocalEye. Watch your stats grow as you log more viewings, earn badges for thorough scouting, and build a comprehensive database of your local market. The more you see, the sharper your "Eye" becomes.
