Vardaan has partnered with EATucation to support young New Zealanders in developing the skills and knowledge they need to value vegetables and include them in their everyday diets.

Designed for those involved in education — from early childhood through to secondary school — the platform connects educators with ready-made, practical resources that help build food literacy at every stage of a student’s learning journey.

Vardaan is also the organisation behind the Add One More Vegetable initiative, created to help reverse New Zealand’s declining vegetable consumption. This initiative focuses on improving long-term health and wellbeing by encouraging positive, sustainable eating habits from an early age.

Through education, awareness, and accessible resources, Vardaan aims to make healthy food choices easier and more engaging for future generations.
