About AirPass A1/A3 Drohnenprüfung

The EU A1/A3 competency certificate is mandatory for anyone wanting to fly a drone weighing over 250 grams or equipped with a camera. The exam, administered by the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA), consists of 40 questions; a passing grade of 75% is required. AirPass prepares you for this exam and shows you your progress as you study.

FOR OUR HONESTNESS: The official LBA exam questions are not published. Therefore, the 228 questions in this app are our own practice questions, created based on the official learning materials of the German Federal Aviation Office and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). They cover the same nine topics as the exam but are not a replica of the actual exam questions. If you're looking for identical exam questions, this isn't the right app.

The LBA's free online training remains the official preparation tool. You can retake the exam as many times as you like. AirPass is for anyone who wants to know if they've mastered the material before taking the test.
